The Role & Responsibilities The Personal Assistant is primarily responsible for providing confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Dean Learning & Teaching (Engineering & Technology). The position include diary management, answering phone and email enquiries, organising events and travel arrangements. Skills & Experience Required You will have previous experience providing executive support and preferably in a tertiary education environment. As the Personal Assistant, your ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex environment to meet conflicting deadlines will be essential to your success in the role.
