The Role and Responsibilities Working closely with the Executive Director HR and President of Vietnam, the Director Human Resources, Vietnam will lead, develop and implement the people strategy. Leading a strategic and integrated human resources function with a global outlook, the Vietnam HR team delivers high level advice across; strategic workforce planning, cultural change initiatives, talent, remuneration and benefits, performance management, change management and professional development activities. With a strong growth agenda in to emerging markets across Asia the HRD will be responsible for implementing a range of workforce initiatives that are fit for purpose and scalable in line with a growing student population.
To be suitable for this key leadership role you will have the ability to engage and lead your team, gain the confidence of stakeholders and embed change. With demonstrated experience in thought leadership across a range of contemporary human resource practices - including leading strategic workforce planning, performance and career development, reward and recognition, and organisational change you will be able to deliver quality outcomes that are aligned with organisational objectives. With exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills, you will be able to engage stakeholders across a global and diverse organisation and provide strategic support and advice.
Exposure to the Education sector and/or Vietnam labour practices would be advantageous, however your commercial acumen and capacity to provide strategic support and advice in a complex environment will be what sets you apart.
