The College of Business comprises seven schools delivering a broad range of programs in Business, ranging from Certificates up to PHD levels. Many programs articulate between Vocational Education and Higher Education, creating pathways for further study. RMIT Business programs are delivered in Melbourne, Vietnam, Singapore, Shanghai and Jakarta, as well as through RMIT Online.

The Role & Your Responsibilities

You will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the learning and teaching quality assurance and management processes within the College of Business.  Representing the College on relevant university quality management committees you will proactively liaise with professional, academic and teaching staff to implement College-wide quality standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in learning and teaching quality, and in the delivery, evaluation and quality assurance of programs and courses local, global and online operations.
  • Ability to lead, manage and evaluate the implementation of learning and teaching standards effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and synthesize complex data and information to inform and provide advice and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent relationship management, consultation and liaison skills to communicate effectively at all levels influencing change
  • Highly motivated and proactive with a proven track record in delivery
  • Seeking experience in both VE and HE quality
  • Ability to work at pace, and at scale; partnering with academic and teaching staff is essential
