The Talent Acquisition Team is reshaping, reforming and realigning to be positioned to attract, source and shape the RMIT Academic and Non- Academic staff of tomorrow and we are looking at everything we do and how we do it to be a TA function that leads the way. 

The Role

As a Talent Advisor you will be key player in the team. Keen to partner with the business to attract and engage a great cast of academic and corporate talent to gain RMIT the recognition in the market as the best place to educate, teach, mentor, work and continue to learn and develop both professionally and personally.  

About You

The ideal candidates will be outgoing and enthusiastic, with a genuine enthusiasm for sourcing great talent across multiple functions, disciplines and levels. You love making real connections and matching them with real opportunities. You will have some recruitment experience (minimum  6 months) and will be ready willing and eager to learn new skills and approaches in order to offer an exceptional recruitment service!

  • You are quick thinking, adaptable and love variety  
  • You are a willing learner ready to soak up the knowledge to sharpen your skills as a great recruiter and team player.

Relevant experience as a Talent Sourcing or Recruitment Specialist in the Tertiary sector OR similar environment or an agency recruiter keen to make an in-house move. Tertiary qualified in HR, Business or related area.
