The Role and Responsibilities

The Workforce Planning team supports activities related to the School’s human resourcing. As a member of the team, the Workforce Planning Officer will support activities across the School such as academic workload allocation, casual processing, recruitment and on-boarding and preparation of HR paperwork.

The position is responsible for the collection, processing and flow of information that underpin Human Resources, and supports activities driven by Workforce Planning Advisors and the Coordinator, School Services and Resourcing to achieve the team’s overall goals.

Skills & Experience Required

You will contribute to continuous improvement processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, providing feedback to relevant areas and contributing to the streamlining of processes, communication lines and support services. Knowledge and understanding of the tertiary education sector is desirable.
