The Role

As a Marketing Manager you will be the dedicated business partner and advocate for the discipline profiles and product categories within the College. In this role, you will consult and advise on the best marketing approach for disciplines and products using data and insights ensuring they integrate into Brand, CX and RMIT’s strategic vision.  

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with College and School stakeholders to understand their marketing needs and oversee the activation of initiatives across channels  
  • Engage and communicate Marketing outcomes and achievements to Colleges and Portfolios
  • Consult and advise stakeholders regarding strategic initiatives and projects
  • Cultivate relationships across Global Marketing and Student Recruitment to deliver informed and relevant insights to stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of the higher education sector
  • Ability to draw valid conclusions, collect data & insights, and define problems
  • Strong leadership skills in leading teams whilst delivering against targets
  • Good commercial awareness and creative problem-solving outlook
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong business rapport with internal and external partners
