The Role

The Assistant Director, Brand, Sponsorships & Events will lead RMIT’s Brand and Sponsorships and Marketing Events strategy, from ideation to implementation and optimisation. You will effectively drive business benefits, including revenue, productivity and customer experience across the marketing and sales funnel. This position will be accountable for delivering the future-state brand experience demonstrating a design, lean and agile approach that builds creative and engaging experiences at scale for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and embed the RMIT master brand strategy to craft a differentiated position in global markets, cultivate market awareness and guide internal decisions
  • Lead & implement key marketing events that drive commercial outcomes
  • Work with key partners and the broader Marketing team focusing on meeting business goals through the distribution of unique content
  • Build digital methodologies aligned to brand strategy, ensuring all content is optimised to grow awareness and positive reputation
