About the role The Personal Assistant provides strong administrative support to the Deputy Dean Learning and Teaching (Engineering & Technology) by establishing and implementing administrative systems to ensure the efficient operations of the office. In addition, you will also provide high level assistance including diary management, answering phone and email enquiries, organising events/meetings, travel arrangements, document preparation, meeting minutes and financial reconciliations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their administration skills in a supportive environment.
About youTo be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an administration and/or PA position within a large and complex environment. You will have the ability to liaise and build relationships with multiple different stakeholders as a positive and welcoming representation of the Deputy Dean, whilst being able to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
You will have exceptional communication skills and thrive working in a team environment which values inclusivity and flexibility. You will have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a high level proficiency in MS Office programs and various IT systems and applications.
