About the role and college / portfolio:Working closely with the Associate Dean (cluster), the Administrative Officer will work across a range of designated administrative tasks that support the Associate Dean’s and their Cluster learning and teaching activities.
The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support, coordination and document management in relation to curriculum development and assessment, program development and program validation and internal and external auditing, rectification activities and other tasks as required.
The Administrative Assistant Officer will also help drive key learning and teaching deadlines with their cluster teams and provide strategic Learning and Teaching reports to the Associate Dean and School Executive
You will have demonstrated experience in an administrative role with the ability to work proactively, autonomously and persuasively across multiple stakeholders. Your knowledge and understanding of governance frameworks and experience in quality assurance frameworks and processes will add to your success in this role. You will have highly developed organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
A relevant tertiary qualification / equivalent professional experience.
