The role

Working as part of the Student Lifecycle Portfolio, the Functional Analyst will be actively involved in enhancing the RMIT PeopleSoft Campus Solutions platform with new business features to benefit multiple areas of the University. You will work with stakeholders from within our dynamic Agile delivery team, defining detailed requirements and acceptance criteria (Features and Stories), work with the Scrum Master on the prioritisation of sprints, work with developers to guide them through solution design and feature development and define UAT test conditions, cases, tools and methods. 

About you

We are looking for people who love what they do, who are curious, authentic and who are highly motivated with a positive and proactive approach to what they do!

To be successful you will need to showcase:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a Functional Analyst
  • Strong experience in using PeopleSoft (Campus Solutions highly desirable)
  • Agile Delivery experience
  • Ability to lead a significantly complex piece of analysis work
  • Exposure to higher education (highly desirable)
  • Elicitation experience and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with business and technical partners
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
