About the role

The CRM team bring Salesforce expertise to Global Marketing and Student recruitment within RMIT.

As the CRM & Audience Analyst, you will be tasked with enhancing and developing the CRM for the wider Experience group, using Salesforce.

As part of a collaborative and agile team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuration of Salesforce environments and delivering improvements from design through to production.
  • Creation of Proof of concepts in Salesforce and developing and updating existing functionality
  • Ensuring data quality control measures are in place, actively reviewed and meet RMIT’s internal and external obligations including compliance, regulatory, security, privacy and data policies and guidelines.
  • Contributing to the development of solution proposals for simplification, and production of documentation relating to business process mapping and improvement opportunities.
  • Audience management including partnering with relevant teams to build marketing and recruitment nurturing campaign audiences.
  • Analysing CRM data to identify audiences and understand their behaviors, preferences and engagement
  • Coordinating the development and delivery of reports to improve self-service options for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in developing training to end users on how to best use CRM, features, reporting functions, including developing relevant materials
  • Develop policies, procedures and business processes related to CRM, working towards seamless business solutions, data quality and data integrity.

About you

Your success in this role will be underpinned by strong Salesforce technical skills combined with an understanding of business problems and drive to achieve outcomes. Your ability to learn new skills and adapt as markets change will ensure your fit with this team.

You will need:

  • Experience working with large data sets using analytical tools and working in a high-volume customer environment
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and guide them to the best outcome using your understanding of the business as well as Salesforce technology.
  • Proven experience analysing data to build relevant audiences and understand their behaviours.
  • Experience in B2C environment will be highly regarded
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Adm 201) required

Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
